Starbucks in Frankfurt

Would recommend any other Starbucks in Frankfurt. This one is always super busy, and in my experience the staff aren’t friendly like in the other stores.

The toilets at this Starbucks are worse than public ones. I'm not sure if I'm just unlucky, but the staff in this shop has always been rude. Know more sovereign markets!

Bit expensive but on the whole good

I like to go here, the staff is always friendly and clean, great location, orders are always flawless

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. If you order something and sit there for more than one hour they'll come to you and ask you to order another drink/food, if you don't order another drink they ask you to leave! This happened to me after visiting them for the fourth day in a row, each time spending at least 10 euros there. Not acceptable! never going to visit this place again! + Their WiFi isn't stable!

There are really nice and friendly employees. Else it's like you expect a Starbucks.

Quality is always very good. The table was wiped immediately. The floor was a bit dirty though.

When I was writing down personal information due to Corona, a male employee wearing a black mask dared to throw a pen. The air-conditioning Wi-Fi was good, the drink service was fast and good, but I was in a very bad mood. I don’t think I’ll be here even if I come back

Well Starbucks is a little more expensive but the coffee tastes great

My review is only about the WIFI. They have seats outside however their wifi does not even reach to that point. It’s annoying if you want to work on your laptop and you have no wifi.

The Iced Matcha Latte tastes delicious!

Too bad that the employees are obviously forced to work in a room that is much too cold and too air-conditioned. The number 1 cause of dry mucous membranes and eyes, the main target for all germs or viruses! Fortunately, the guest can sit in the fresh air.

The frappuccino kaffee was cold and tasty, but now I get Sore throat.. but it is good so in this way, Starbucks stuff do this good job continuously and still improve! I support you!

Because of the Corona crisis there are unfortunately only a few tables and you have to be lucky to get a seat. Staff was nice and we could warm up a bit here when it rained. Everything perfect.

Always well attended. I don't think I have to say much about pricing. You pay for the "brand" Starbucks. But then there are also unusual coffee variations. Location is of course also great.

Did not enjoy the coffee there. Staff in the cashier did not speak English well. Nice small place in the center of the city, though. Hot chocolate was nice.

Super small, very crowded. The customer service isnt very friendly, on a rush and not very clean. Which I can understand since the traffic is very high.

There is often a lot going on here, especially in the evenings, but the staff is always extremely friendly. If you consider how much stress they are exposed to when the store is full. Nevertheless we tried to find a nice place for us.

In center the city, everything is close and near

Good location and friendly staff. It has an outdoor table, so it's nice to eat outside on a nice day. recommendation!! The bathroom here is clean. (Starbucks restroom at the end of the mile was the worst)

The best Starbucks in Frankfurt

Passed through after a 9 hour flight from the USA, baristas were very nice, let me sit for a while to charge my phone and rest, and made my drink very quickly, despite the afternoon rush. Stop here if you’re in the area!
